Returns

Right of return

We grant a right of return within 30 days of receipt of the order.

The right of return applies if the following conditions are met:

• the product is in perfect condition and has not been worn or damaged
• the return is sent in the undamaged original packaging

Excluded items

Excluded from exchange and return are custom-made items, modified products, personalized or engraved items, piercings, hair accessories, as well as worn or damaged goods.

Refund

Returned items are subject to a quality check. If no defects or signs of use are found, JEVAANI will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after receipt of the return and will be confirmed by email.

Non-accepted returns will be sent back promptly, subject to a processing fee of CHF 20.–.

Returns are made at the customer's own risk and expense.
