Most of the pendants are made from 316L stainless steel with an 18K PVD gold coating, nickel-free and waterproof. You can leave them on when showering, swimming or at the gym, they won’t tarnish or discolour. And the coating comes with a two-year plating guarantee.
One exception is the pearl pendant. A real pearl is a natural product and doesn’t like being in water all the time. Keep perfume, shower gel, hairspray and other harsh things away from the pearl, and take the pendant off for showering, swimming or a long bath. The trick is the same as with fine jewellery: dress, spritz your perfume, moisturise and put the pearl on last. That way it stays beautiful for a long time.
The stone pendants look especially lovely on simple hoops. Hang a single stone on a fine hoop like the LYNN and a quiet earring turns into a little eye-catcher in no time. As with our gemstone bracelets, the rule is: fine for everyday, just don’t soak them in soapy water for long.
